Civil/Building Engineering Services
A). Civil Works
We have engineered road/drains projects for governments, agencies, and private organizations. Some of these roads were in tasking terrains that necessitate the inclusion of bridges, embankments, and blasting of rock formations on road alignments. We also designed erosion and environmental degradation control systems for some local government clients.
The firm prepared utility master plans such as major external water distribution networks and external sewer networks for the military in their barracks at Obinze, Imo state, and Awkunawnaw in Enugu state. We specifically undertake infrastructural design and development for estate developers.
b). Buildings/Concrete Structures
TECC Ltd has been part of the success stories of many building structures of varying sizes across the country. Some of them are multi-storeyed while others are not. We have participated in the designs of concrete and steel water storage tanks for urban and small community water distributions.
We engineered the structural steel and concrete frames for many of the buildings we constructed. For some of the roads especially those in the riverine terrains, we engineered concrete paving/pavement structures to achieve longer life spans for roads.
TECC Ltd has been involved in planning, engineering design/control, monitoring, supervision, and construction administration of estates in Lagos and Abia states.
The Mobil Staff Association housing Estate at Ikota, Lekki Phase II, Lagos which we were involved in is ongoing and nearing completion.
We also pursue vigorously new and emerging technology in building development. Our experience in Palm Springs Estate, Lagos in which the wall ties technology is being used is interesting. CityScape, a key estate developer also used this technology in some of their estate projects in Lagos.
